How did you get 133M creators in your database?Open-source API (publically available) on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Twitter has helped us to curate a list of people with past brand collaborations, or who have marked themselves as a creator on a social media platform. We marry this up with publicly accessible data from all social platforms, 3rd party data providers & public data sources to build complete databases that allow us to use algorithms to help with finding and identifying the best influencers.

Do you do influencer marketing or UGC?We do both. Our database & processes have allowed us to cater for any specific requirement. We can find you a big ticket influencer for your next campaign or help you to generate UGC from our excellent content creators for ads, organic socials, your website + more!

I get UGC organically - how are you different?Organic UGC is great for word of mouth and for having content for your brand - but it is not what we do. Sticki specialises in creating performance driven content that works. Our psychology-backed briefing method ensures that our content has the highest likelihood of conversion, and is created by professional creators, ensuring high quality content, that sticks.

Do you vet/qualify your influencers & creators?We go through a vigorous qualification process to ensure that the influencers we shortlist for your campaign, are the best fit. This includes analysing follower credibility, engagement rates, average reach, demographic & target market, as well as affinity interests & previous brand collaborations to ensure that the influencer & their content will not only align with your brand, but will convert.

Do the influencers post to their feed?This all depends on what you’re after - if you would like them to then 100%. Our strategies work best when tapping into the influencers audience. We negotiate a minimum time period that the content needs to remain on their feed as well, so there’s no deleting after only a week.

I just want content, is that possible?It sure is possible - we can get creators on hand to purely produce content for you to use as you wish. Negotiating ad usage rights sometimes will infer an additional fee on the influencers end.

Can you get ad usage rights for the content?We aim to get you the most out of each piece of content, this includes ad rights. On occasion an influencer may elect to charge an additional fee for this, or provide time parameters in which the ads are allowed to run.

Who owns the content?This all comes down to negotiations - at the end of the day, its your brand, but it’s the influencers work & their face. We aim to get you as much ownership of the content as possible, the team will go after whatever your requirements are.

Do I choose the creators or do you?After getting a brief from you, we will match you up with a pre-vetted & qualified shortlist of creators, for you to choose from. Ultimately, your brand, your voice, your vision. We will help you achieve whatever you are after.

How do I approve creators?You'll get your own log in to your sticki brand portal - this is where you get to see & approve the creators we've shortlisted for your brand. You have full control on who represents your brand - it's your decision at the end of the day, so you get to choose from our already vetted & qualified influencers to scale your campaign

How do we know the campaign is working?Once we are up and live - you'll be able to toggle over to the reporting tab in your portal for performance updates. Your own dashboard that updates in real time, showing you campaign deliverables & progress, overall campaign metrics, your cost per click & thousand impressions.. all the way down to individual post engagements.

How many rounds of content revisions are there?To ensure the least amount of revisions, our indepth briefs will aim to cover all bases. In the instance you are not happy with the content, we aim to negotiate 2x revisions into our contracts with each influencer. If this revision ends up being a revision to the initial brief that was signed off on, then our creators retain the right to charge an extra fee.

I’m not happy with the creator selectionWe will always provide you with a shortlist that is larger than how many creators you have elected for your campaign to allow you to have the freedom to choose. If you are unhappy with this shortlist, you also have 2x revisions at this point where we will provide you with more qualified leads that match the personas we have developed for you. If the issue stems back to the personas we proposed to you, this will incur an additional fee as the error should have been identified earlier.

Do I get images or videos?Whatever you want - you can have. We find videos convert better, but we can also get you images to use on whatever channel you need.

What does it cost to work with you?Costs begin from $2.5k, depending on your goals. Fixed costs can be provided for UGC campaigns & for influencer campaigns we can work out a fixed cost or an admin fee + the influencer cost.
